• Suggest the right furniture and accessories, within your budget (purchase or rental furniture)
• Place new furniture and accessories in a few key areas of the house: the entry, living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom (or throughout the home). We will use small "vignettes" that will suggest the “function” of each room to potential buyers;
• Recommend small improvements or repairs, if needed;
