Home Staging to Live is for you if, for example:

• You have no time to decorate your holiday home on the Costa del Sol, or anywhere in Spain
• You are moving to a new furnished home that does not really reflects who you are

• You want a greener house, for you or to be put on the market for sale. Home greening is the process of having your property eco-friendly.

Home staging, or House doctoring, does not cost as much money as interior design, because we mainly use the furniture and accessories you already have.

We will guide and assist you in, for example:

• Repositioning existing furniture & accessories
• Reorganizing rooms (home office, kids playrooms) & closets
• De-cluttering & storing
• Suggesting colour schemes
• Buying furnishings & artwork

How does it work?

We will start with an on-site (verbal) consultation: During 1-2 hour depending on property size, we will assess your property and walk through each room of your home (interior & exterior), outlining steps for improvement to maximize your home’s best features.

The consultation will be followed (up) by a comprehensive written report including, amongst others :

• Room-by-room instructions to improve the look and utility of your rooms : negative and positive features of each room, prioritized action items, changes to be made and related benefits, tips & examples, etc
• Photographs of each space to be stage
• A cost and planning estimate
