• Consultation & Written Report : 199€*
  Room-by-room verbal consultation, followed by a comprehensive written action plan detailing recommendations on how to showcase your home, estimation of costs, etc.

• Hands-on Home Staging : Fees depending on the scope of each project
  Using the report we will do the actual job of staging your home from repositioning existing furniture, de-personalizing, de-cluttering to doing minor repairs. We project-manage all the work for you.

* The fees mentioned are for services between Marbella and Sotogrande. Ourside this area, an extra charge will apply to cover the travel expenses.
