Verbal Consultation

We will walk through the property with the homeowner or estate agent and give you verbal advice on how to prepare it for sale/rent while you take notes.

Our presence on-site will last from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the size of the property.

We will explain you what home staging is and how it will help you sell or rent your property faster and at the best possible price. We will answer any question you have and walk through the property with you, room by room, and inform you on :

• the general state of your property inside and outside (as the potential buyer would see it): diagnosis of each room in terms of clutter, cleaning, space, views, focal points, colors, decoration, general feeling, pros and cons, etc.
• the ideal home staging tasks to be done to maximize the number of visits and optimize the probability to convert a visit into a sale.
• the additional services we could offer should you decide to let us do the work for you (price quotation for staging, timing, etc)
