If you decide to go ahead with our services, we will start the staging consultation (1-2 hour(s) depending on property size). We will assess your home kerb appeal and walk through each room of your property (interior & exterior). We will look it "with buyers' eyes". We will offer practical recommendations on how to present your property for best effect, outlining steps for improvement.

A complete written "action plan" report will be provided to you after the consultation. This comprehensive report will point out items in your property that needs to be updated, removed, replaced or repaired. It includes:

• Solutions to improve the look and feel of each room
• Tips to use & rearange your furniture
• Ideas to maximize space
• Colour advice 
• Planning estimate of work to be carried out
• Cost estimate
• Photographs of each space to be staged

We will then meet again to go through the report together and answer any question you may have. At this time, you can choose to undertake the work yourself or schedule us for the hands-on staging.

Our consultation & report fees for a standard* property are only 199 € + VAT

* Up to 2 bedrooms, between Sotogrande and Marbella. Additional 20€ per extra room.
