Bathroom staging

 

This bathroom looked old and durty. The sink is old-fashioned, so is the floor. This is a 4 sqm bathroom, so space needed to be optimized.
We have changed the tiling on the walls with large shiny white tiles to optimize space sensations.  We also tiled the floor on top of the existing tiles to minimize the investment. We have repainted the ceiling and changed the sink. The bathtube was kept to minimize costs again.

This high potential and recent master bathroom was cluttered and unfinished (missing lights, mirror leaning against the wall, few storage facilities etc). The clutter did not give an impression of cleanliness. The property, located frontline on the Costa del Sol, lacked a feeling of luxury and warmth.
Our team has simply added a new mirror with lights, some inexpensive carpets and bathroom baskets which offered practical storage solutions. By accessorizing, de-personalizing & de-cluttering, we gave a relaxing Spa feel to this bathroom.
